Description
In this four week challenge, we will break down the forty five minute class into four weeks. Week one focuses on shoulder mobility, week two focuses on hip mobility, week three focuses on balance and twisting, and week four focuses on core strength. The benefits of this challenge are learning how to create a strong yoga practice for a lifetime. We will take this class slower, because students taking this class are recovering from an injury or trying to minimize pain. We will use a chair.
